1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Shock Food & Cakes mobile app and website shockbar.hr, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Shock Food & Cakes provides a digital service for browsing the menu, creating an account, placing orders and tracking order status for collection. The service may be updated and improved over time.

3. Account & security

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, keeping your credentials secure and all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

4. Orders, prices & availability

Displayed prices, items and availability are subject to change. An order is considered received upon system confirmation. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical issues, item unavailability) we reserve the right to contact you to amend or cancel an order.

5. Payment & refunds

Available payment methods are shown at the time of order confirmation. Refunds and complaints are handled in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies, depending on the nature of the request and order status.

6. Acceptable use

The following is not permitted:

• using the service in a way that violates the law or third-party rights,
• attempting unauthorised access to the system or user accounts,
• providing inaccurate or misleading information when using the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content within the app and website (including design, text, graphics, logos and software) is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use of content is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided with reasonable availability. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of last update. Continuing to use the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
