How can I track my order status?
After confirming your order, you can track its status in real time within the app — from receipt through to collection.
How can I cancel an order?
Where cancellation is possible for a given order, the option will be available in the app. Otherwise, send us a message with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown when you confirm your order in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Instructions for deleting your account are available on the Delete Account page.
Support hours
Support is available during restaurant opening hours. Enquiries received outside opening hours will be answered at the start of the next working period. For faster processing, include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
